What I Said
I argued that SKYH had a differentiated airport infrastructure model and long-duration contracts, but that the stock already priced in a successful scaling story. My concern was that the company still showed negative operating margin, negative free cash flow, and elevated leverage, so I thought the risk/reward was poor unless earnings conversion improved and the need for outside capital eased.

Why It’s Working (Or Not)
So far, a short position would have lost money: SKYH is up from my entry price, so my Sell call has been incorrect to date. The peer group has been mixed, with several comparables down and one modestly up, so SKYH has not clearly followed a broad peer move in either direction. What has not held up is my expectation that the valuation and weak financial profile would translate into downside over this window; instead, the stock has moved higher despite the same negative margin, free cash flow, and leverage concerns I highlighted. I cannot claim the thesis was validated by the price action, even if the underlying balance-sheet and cash-flow risks still exist.
What Could Still Prove Me Wrong
I am still wrong if SKYH continues to hold up while the company shows real progress on the exact issues I flagged: sustained positive operating margin, positive free cash flow, and a clear reduction in leverage or reliance on external funding. If those metrics improve without the stock giving back its gains, then my bearish risk/reward call would remain unproven. If, on the other hand, the company keeps burning cash and adding leverage while the share price stays elevated, that would mean the market is still not responding to the fundamentals I focused on.
